Peaceful house, friendly, and welcoming

My house is comfortable and clean. The room is a small single room with a comfortable bed, a hanging space and chest of drawers. Linen is available although you wash when you decide.
A washing machine, an air fryer and a microwave oven and dishwasher and your cupboard. There is a spacious bathroom with a separate shower, toilet and a downstairs toilet. I have a cat she goes outside and often brings us gifts. I have one other tenant who works away in the week. A cleaner visits monthly.
We are fairly quiet and like to spend time together and an occasional meal and a film, Netflix available.
