The property has recently been refurbished and has all the normal conveniences including a washing machine, separate bath, and shower. There is a large kitchen and all rooms are freshly decorated, some with carpets and some with traditional flooring. The city center is less than 10 10-minute walk or just a short bus ride away. This property is also within close proximity to the post office and shops.

Your agreement will be inclusive of all utilities including water rates, electricity, gas, and broadband.
