It is also in walking distance (30mins) from the city, and 10 mins from Gregory Street tram stop. Facilities include an ensuite bathroom, shared kitchen with 5 flatmates, a common room and study room. Riverside Point also has plenty of social opportunities and events, such as holiday appropriate festivities and the occasional pool tournament. Rent is set up to be paid at 3 points throughout the academic year, however can be changed to 1 or 8 at the discretion of Unite Students.
