House for PHD students Lenton NG7 1PS

We have two rooms available , fully inclusive of all bills, in a 3 bed house on Kimbolton Avenue, Lenton. It is well situated between Nottingham University and the city centre. .We are looking for 2 postgrad students to rent the rooms. Our existing tenant, Gareth is a Phd student, mid 20s, studying science. He is very personable and sociable with wide ranging interests including sport and travel. He’s going to be there until at least October 2025, maybe longer.
Because we are private landlords, we can be more flexible about length of stay, so that you are not tied into a contract for months.
The house has a relaxed vibe. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden and cellar. There is on street parking and/or room for bicycle storage.
Each room has a double bed, desk and ikea mirrored wardrobe, wooden floors, white painted walls. Free to customise as required.
We are private landlords. There are no fees to pay. We are looking for polite communicative sociable students please.
