Student room to rent in the Lenton area

I am taking a year out of Uni, which means my room is available to rent. I live with 3 friendly girls who are in their 3rd and last year of University. They like both a night in and a night out.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a mirror, a bedside table and a wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.

There is a parking space available, but you would need to apply and pay for a permit. The rent includes bills but there will be an additional small cost for the wifi.
