I am a second year PhD student looking to rent out two rooms in an apartment in Lenton. One of the rooms has an en-suite and the other has its own separate private bathroom. Prefer females please and ideally looking for a mature student (masters/PhD). Professionals are also welcome however will have to pay sole council tax due to me being exempt as a student.
