The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across three floors which will be shared with 4 girls who are very nice, the room available is on the top floor where 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom are also. The house is a 20 minute walk from Jubilee Campus and close to bus stops. The rent is £120ppw which doesn't include utilities, these are separate at £24.99ppw and include: gas, electricity, fibre internet, water and a tv licence. FIRST RENT INSTALLMENT ALREADY PAID so the room will be rent free until the next rent which is due on the 1st January 2025 which is £1963.33 and then the final rent payment which is due on 1st April 2025 which is £1963.33. The utility bills will be payable from date of occupation.
