LAST WEEK need 2 people to take over tennancy

This is a 2 bedroom student flat. Both rooms are free and very spacious, the flat is located near the top of derby road in reasonable distance from Nottingham city centre and the university of Nottingham jubilee campus. We will be willing to pay towards any moving costs incurred as a result of short notice in addition to a £200 discount per occupant.
