Tenancy lasts the full year up till around the end of summer. The room will have a standard size double bed. All bills are included, WI-FI etc so no extra payments needed. Rent Per Week is £120 per week, which is a great price for the area! It is located in Lenton, which is walking distance to Jubilee Campus, a slightly longer walk to Uni Park Campus, but you can always use the free shuttle bus. Also located close to city centre!
