The property is on Lenton Boulevard, which is about 10 mins walk from Nottingham Uni's Jubilee campus, about 15 mins from the main Notts Uni campus and about 20 mins walk (or a 5 min bus ride) from NTU in the city centre. There are plenty of public transport links all over the city within a few mins walk as well as local shops and restaurants.

The house is a nice 5-bedroom mid-terrace property and currently has 3 fully furnished rooms available, 2 on the ground floor and one on the first floor, which are quite spacious and the kitchen and washrooms have recently been renovated to a good standard.
