Private room in 5 bed lenton (first rent paid)

Looking for a friendly, considerate student to take over a tenancy agreement for a room in our 5 bed house in Renton for £157p/w (including bills) until 10/08/2025. The house is mixed gendered with second year university of Nottingham students who are all really lovely people, a great laugh, clean and kind. First rent instalment and deposit has already been paid, we are not looking for any reimbursement, therefore you will only have to pay rent from the 20th October, but bills will have to be paid for as soon as you start the tenancy.
