hey there, I am in desperate need of a tenancy replacement as I have decided to move a bit closer to my university. Some general information about the house:
- £125 a week, 52 week tenancy starting on 1 september. Bills included
- 5 bedroom house, three floors. The room i’m giving up is on the bottom floor.
- In Lenton, NG73BQ it says on google that it’s a 7 min drive, 12 min bus to NTU or a 25 min walk. Also a short bus ride to UoN
- the room is a double bed and there is a TV in the house - all bills are included btw!!
- the three girls are called Lotte, Lilah and Ella and the boy is Harry. They are all second years at UoN and really lovely.
- They like to go out but also stay in so you’ll be able to fit in however you like to spend your time !!
