This is a ground floor private room with a double bed, fully furnished in a 4 bedroom house!

I am advertising this room as I am studying abroad in the spring semester :)

The house has 2 bathrooms, with a full bathroom also on the ground floor, as well as a separate shower and toilet on the first floor.

The room is adjacent to the living room, with an open plan kitchen and the bathroom next door, all on the ground floor.

The house includes 2 fridge-freezers, gas oven, grill and stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, washing machine and dryer, as well as a mop, vacuum cleaner and floor sweeps. Shared cleaning supplies are also available. Pots and pans, plates, cups, cutlery etc. are also shared between us :)

Rent is £146/pw, including bills. Agents are super friendly and are quick to respond, and will help out with all sorts of queries!

Payment is taken termly, in line with when student finance releases.

You will be sharing with 3 other 3rd year UoN girls, all sociable, kind and outgoing, who will be very welcoming :) They keep clean and tidy, and love a night in just as much as a night out!

The house is a less than 1 minute walk from the bus stops Seely Road and Harrington Drive, a 10 minute walk to town, 20 minute walk to Jubilee Campus and the QMC, and a 30 minute (downhill!) walk to University Park Campus.

Aldi and Lidl are both a short 15 minute walk away, with Sainsbury’s local and Morrison’s Daily a less than 5 minute walk.

Street parking is also available outside, with a permit.
