It has open, wall mounted double wardrobe, double bed, and desk. Size is 2.4x3.7 meters, so bed can be swapped for a smaller one if necessary.

I sometimes have friends and/or family members round but the house is generally quiet, as is the neighbourhood. It's a lovely part of Lenton, within walking distance to Tesco Express, a couple of gyms, Lidl, and Sainsbury's.

I'm looking for someone clean and respectful.
