Room to rent! Student Accomodation

Hello, looking for someone to take over my contract for my room.

It's a shared flat with 10 people total (including yourself), en-suite room, with shared kitchen (it has 2 electric induction hobs, 1 on each side of the kitchen, your own locked cupboard with mini-fridge and shelving, pots and pans).

The kitchen is cleaned daily (except weekends) and your room is cleaned every other week.

I'm looking for someone to takeover around early January time.

(FYI, it says double en-suite, it's not, I can't change that option for some reason)
