Rent is split into 3 payments of £1,993.33, or £115 per week, not including bills. The first instalment of rent has been payed, the next is due January 15th and I would love to be out of the tenancy before then! Tenancy lasts until august 1st.

The household is 6 person made up of 4 boys and 1 girl and is a mix of post-grad students and graduates. Open to any gender. Everyone is friendly, relaxed, and love to have fun as a group. You can expect to enjoy regular house movie nights and mario kart tournaments. The landlord is looking specifically for a student to take over the tenancy.
