So if it was group of 2 the total rent would be £1000 and £500 more per any rooms added on.
We will consider 2 individuals to take 2 rooms or 3 or 4 or 5. We need the group that takes the house to know each other and come as one on a single joint tenancy as bills are not included so will be shared by the tenants.

Please do not ask to stay past July as we want to make it clear new tenants are coming in August.
