It is a light and airy room with fantastic views over castle boulevard, and is situated in a quiet, traffic-free part of Lenton next to the Park. This room is perfect for a couple or individual who wishes to have a quiet and comfortable residence. The house is fully detached which results in a very peaceful atmosphere, it is further isolation from possible noise that can be a problem in terraced houses.

The ensuite bathroom is for your personal use, and has recently benefited from a brand new shower.

The house is comprised of 5 bedrooms and is currently occupied by 4 respectful working professionals aged 25+.
