Triumph House Subletting

Sublet Nottingham Study Inn Triumph House En-suite 9-person suite.

Period from January 14, 2025 to September 12, 2025.

Due to personal course transfer to next year, I need to sublet my current room. 215 pounds a week for the official early bird price. Sign the official contract directly with apartment team. For anyone who sincerely wants the room, the price is negotiable. Please message me privately.

1. Good location, post code NG7 2GA, close to the University of Nottingham Jubilee Campus, 5 minutes on foot. 15 minutes by school hopper bus to the park campus, 10 minutes by bus to Lidl supermarket, 3 minutes to the bus station, 15 minutes by bus to the city center. Around Lidl there are a lot of restaurants and retail stores available. Walk out of the apartment gate, turn right and walk for 5 minutes. There are fast food restaurants such as Subway.

2. The apartment is fully equipped, a free fitness area, a public conference room, an open-air lounge area, a laundry room and a public entertainment area are all located on the ground floor. In the suite room, it has everything including a private bathroom, a table and chairs, a big wardrobe, an iron, hangers, a heating, a hair dryer, a TV, a oversized floor-to-ceiling window. In the shared kitchen, a public dishwasher, a micro all-in-one oven, a public rice cooker, a hot water kettle, public tableware are all available.

3. The apartment service is first-class, 24-hour hot water and heating, 24-hour reception service and security. Four door entrance guards using the room card from entering or exiting. Highly secured. There are patrols at night. The receptionists at the front desk are hospitable, conscientious and responsible. Parcels and letters can be collected by the reception on behalf of you. A reminder to collect will be sent to you on the same day. There will be House Keeping to clean the room every two weeks. The rubbish bins in both kitchen and suite will be cleaned up every day.

4. The apartment has a strong sense of community. Various festival parties are often held. Halloween and Christmas decorations are also very distinctive.

Among nine persons, there are five Chinese including me who are very friendly. Others are also very nice.
