Can Negotiate Tenancy Takeover Uon Spring January

Hi! This is my second year of renting in the same place. The room in question is at Madison Gardens in Lenton, a literal two minute walk to Lidl and some fast food chains, 10 minutes walk to Jubilee Campus, and 25 to University Park. Studying at UP, it's all an easy walk. Big save on public transport but there's free hopper buses too.

You would be living in a townhouse with two or three girls. Your room would be on the second floor (out of three), which means it doesn't get too hot in the summer, and you're always close to the kitchen ^_^. As for the kitchen itself, there's toasters and kettles, a lot of fridge space, and looots of space for your things.

There are two, sometimes three girls living in the house, but my room was picked strategically - I don't share a wall with anyone except the bathroom, and it's the biggest one - about 11m^2. There's a double bed, a desk and chair, wardrobe, and shelves for your things. Everything you need.
There's a lot of events in the common area of the accommodation, and they're really fun if you ever feel bored or lonely.

Secure parking provided and a bike shed also. I felt very safe and happy in this area.
