This is an ensuite room in a house shared by 5 other very lovely people, perfect for those studing in either campus of University of Nottingham or Nottingham Trent. The house is right next to a tram stop, so access to city centre and therefore nearby towns and cities is very easy. The house is tucked away from the main road so the sound of the cars is a lot quieter than usual. Its also right next to the White Hart pub. Its a 10-15 min walk to jubilee, 5 min walk to tram stop, 5 min walk to pub, 5 min walk to corner shop. All you could ask for, really.

There is a small garden and a large shared living room and kitchen area. Theres plenty of space to eat, cook and chill.

Residents are looking for someone who likes to go out and is chill, sociable and funny. The group living there is a bit nerdy but also all go to the gym and like partying. They're all really chill. LGBTQ+ is welcome! :)
