We are looking for new tenants to take over our tenancy for a 2-bedroom flat (1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom + 1 study room).
• Rent is paid quarterly
• Last payment: £2,750 per person (paid in December, valid until April)
• Next payment: £2,750 per person in April
• Contract ends 1 August
The new tenants would need to reimburse us for the rent already paid from February to April.
