We are looking to fill 1 bedroom in our student house, You will need to accept the rental agreement by the landlord through an estate agent. We know the process and can guild you through it!

The house is very clean and tidy for a student house. Both remaining flatmates are in their final term so there won't be any parties or drunken messes... niether of us drink much anyway

The house is warm and has two bathrooms (the room advertised will share with one other person)

The kitchen is small but does the job as long as all three people are not trying to use it at once,

The living room is nice sized and has sofas and a table.

The house doesn't currently have a TV or a TV licence.

It has unlimited fast wifi

The bedroom comes with a 3/4 double bed, a wardrobe and a small desk and chair.

There is a garage that can be used to store a bike or other out door stuff and parking is free either on the drive or on the street!
