ONE large double room has just become available in this stunning boutique houseshare.

The house is lovely with high ceilings and plenty of beautiful features.

The kitchen is well equipped with all mod-cons, including 2 induction hobs, 2 ovens, dishwasher, large fridge, etc.
The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and plenty of storage too.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Long Eaton Station, which is a 14 min train ride to Nottingham town centre plus it's convenient for East Midlands Airport, local shops and much more.

The room is at the back of the house. It's a great, large double room on the first floor. It has a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe with plenty of drawers, and a desk. This room shares a bathroom with just one other room.

Please note, although the room is a double it is available for one person only, for a minimum of 6 months. However, overnight guests are welcome to stay over, max of 2 nights a week.

Rent includes all bills (fair usage capped) and fibre extra broadband too. Plus there's a regular cleaning service for the communal areas.

Your housemates are professionals working in the medical and engineering fields, etc.

This house is suitable for professionals requiring a minimum rental period of 6 months. Sorry no couples and no pets.
