Double room with parking near Long Eaton Station

We have a beautiful double room which will be available in Feb, in this stunning boutique houseshare. A parking on the driveway is included in the price.
The room is on the first floor at the back of the house and is bright and sunny.
It has a comfortable bed with an orthopaedic mattress as well as a large wardrobe with plenty of drawers, and a desk. This room shares a bathroom with just one other female tenant.

Please note, although the room is double it is available for one person only, for a minimum of 6 months. However, overnight guests are welcome to stay over, max of 2 nights a week.

The house is lovely with high ceilings and plenty of beautiful features.

The kitchen is well equipped with all mod-cons, including 2 induction hobs, 2 ovens, dishwasher, large fridge, etc.
The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and plenty of storage too.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Long Eaton Station, which is a 14 min train ride to Nottingham town centre plus it's convenient for East Midlands Airport, local shops and much more.

Rent includes all bills (fair usage capped) and fibre extra broadband too. Plus there's a regular cleaning service for the communal areas.

Parking on the driveway is included in the rent.
Your housemates are all young professionals.
This house is suitable for professionals requiring a minimum rental period of 6 months. Sorry no couples and no pets.
