We have 2 double en-suite rooms available and are looking for 2 new lovely tenants.

One room is on the first floor at the front of the house, and the other, on the ground floor, overlooking the garden.

The house is peaceful, yet very central to everything in Long Eaton. It was refurbished earlier this year and both available bedrooms have their own en-suites.

The house is well situated,
a 5 minute walk to Tesco, Aldi, McDonald’s, KFC, Costa coffee, petrol and bus stops.
A 6 minute walk to Asda, Wickes, doctor, pubs and the theatre.
An 8 minute walk to West Park, Parkrun, canal path, bus routes to Nottingham and East Midlands Airport, etc.

The ground floor room is a warm and cosy room, with a new double bed and plenty of storage. It is slightly separate from the rest of the house and is quiet and peaceful. It has its own large en-suite with a bath as well as a shower, a rare find nowadays!

The house is well run and friendly with accessible live-out landlords. All HMO safety features have been adhered to.

The other housemates are professionals working in IT, finance and care.
