A 5- bed Victorian house which has just been refurbished and upgraded. The shops, cafes, transport and amenities of central Long Eaton are just a 4 minute walk away. We are looking for two more professionals to join the current house mates.

Each room has been updated and freshly painted.

The spacious kitchen-diner is the hub of the house. It is fully equipped for modern living, with an American fridge-freezer, brand new ceramic hob and oven, microwave and plenty of storage and worktop space. The house has mod-cons to suite a busy professional lifestyle while still retaining the Long Eaton charm and character.

There are now just 2 spacious double rooms available (for one person each).
One rooms has a large en-suite with a bath and shower over the bath. This room is at the back of the house and is lovely and quiet.

The second room shares a modern shower room with just one other room.
Each room has a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a desk - so plenty of storage for all your possessions.

All bills are included (Council tax, gas, electricity, water, fast broadband, etc) and we have a regular cleaner for the communal areas too.

Housemates are professionals working in the finance and care sectors.

The house complies fully to current HMO standards with fire alarms, fire doors, emergency lighting, etc.

The house is run by experienced, hands-on landlords who care about their tenants and their properties. They communicate regularly to ensure everything runs smoothly.
