Welcome to our newly refurbished shared house in the heart of Long Eaton, just a few minutes’ walk from Tesco and ASDA.

We have just refurbished and upgraded this 5 bedroom house which is just 4 minutes’ walk from the shops, cafes, transport and amenities of central Long Eaton and we are looking for lovely professionals to live there.

Updated and freshly painted, each bedroom has its own unique character.
The spacious kitchen-diner is fully equipped for modern living, with an American fridge-freezer, brand new ceramic hob and oven, microwave and plenty of storage and worktop space. The house has mod-cons to suite a busy professional lifestyle while still retaining the Long Eaton charm and character.

We have 5 spacious double rooms available (for one person each for a minimum of 6 months.
Three of the rooms are en-suite - each one with its own style. Each room has a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a desk - so plenty of storage for all your possessions.

All bills are included (Council tax, gas, electricity, water, fast broadband, etc) and we have a regular cleaner for the communal areas too.

The house complies fully to current HMO standards with fire alarms, fire doors, emergency lighting, etc.

Laura and Pam are experienced, hands-on landlords. We care about our tenants and our properties and communicate regularly to ensure everything runs smoothly.
