Beautiful room to rent in berry hill

I have available a double room in my beautiful home, fully furnished.
Double bed, bedside tables and built in wardrobe
Great location! Just 5 minutes drive into town.
Close to Amazon and Kingsmill

All bills & wifi included in monthly cost.
I have a fortnightly cleaner but ask to have consideration in regard to maintaining the cleanliness, tidying up after yourself ect.

I am looking to share with a professional female, working full time, who will be considerate and respectful. Someone who loves animals is important as I have an adorable house cat and a dog 🐱🐶

No couples please

House is very modern, it’s a brand new build, clean and tidy.
A bit about me- I work in social care as a children’s home manager so work a lot of hours. Annie my dog is a therapy dog and comes to work with me.
I enjoy going out walking, going to the gym/yoga. I enjoy relaxing at home and cooking.
My home is quiet and comfortable and would suit someone looking for a nice well looked after home.
