Large double room front view of large field

Large double room in a 2 storey town house, i am a live in landlord with currently four other people,
living in my home, they are very polite, respectful and clean, never had any issues, they all work 5 sometimes 6 days a week so i don't really see them, there's a bathroom on the middle floor, next door to this room, working professionals only, it's a new build, really nice home in a lovely location, train station at the bottom of the street aswell as the highstreet is really close, one stop and a newsagents just 10 minute walk away, Rebecca Adlington swimming bath and gym just 8 minutes walk, small holding deposit. The room is quite big, loads of space, Inc a double bed and a wardrobe. Please note, there's no desk as in photos but the chair can be put back in the room
