The room is in a lovely quiet suburb off Porchester Road, on an easy to reach bus route to town less than 5 mins to city on bus or 8 mins walking.
There is a folding desk and folding chair for your use in the room if you need it.

We are approx 1km to city, 8 mins walk to NTU and on a bus route with local supermarket and ample shops incl.. Tesco, lidle, aldi, Iceland hair and barber salons, bars restaurants coffee shops near by.

Ideally suited to a working professional or students who need a peaceful environment.
The room is in a residential home with my partner, and we both work from home on alternative times. We have our own lives and are looking for a person who has their own life. However, we are chatty and friendly, and helpful.

This is a non party house, and we are respectful 🙏 to each other.

Privacy is our best asset, and we respect each other. We share chores of the house as needed periodically.
