The room is furnished with a double bed, with an option to change it for a single bed for more space. 2 wardrobes, TV and bedside table. Please note to access the TV in your room, you will need to have amazon stick.
Rent is inclusive of all bills. Appliances available for use include washing machine, cooker fridge-freezer; shared living room, kitchen, garden, bathroom, with a bath.

Home is smoke free. Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside or in the garden.
Very close to a stop for a good bus route - 10 min to city center. Parking available on the drive as well as on the road. The house is suited for professional people; very quiet and clean. No parties allowed, and any visitors/guests must be agreed with the owner.
