You must be vegetarian or vegan as no meat can be cooked in the apartment and a non smoker/vaper
The room is £650 per calander month.
There is a double bed with mattress and wardrobe and enough space to add small drawers.
This cost also includes electric, gas, water but council tax has to be paid separately to the council.
If you drive you can also have the parking space allocated.
