Gorgeous double room to rent in Mapperley Park

First things first, I have two cats so you must be an animal / cat lover!!

I have a bright, spacious double bedroom to rent. It is on the south side of the house meaning there is always sunlight pouring in through the windows. I have already bought blackout curtains and they are up. It currently has a double bed, mattress and large wardrobe in it but can definitely arrange the purchase of a chest of drawers and small desk for in there too.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces as I have only one bathroom (2 toilets though). I am very clean and tidy and would want someone who is similar.

I am a working professional in a law firm, I work from home 4 days a week and in the office one day a week. Ideally I want someone who works out the house most of the time but am flexible really.

Would love someone that has similar interest to me and that I get on with really well this will make it a much more enjoyable experience for both.

On street parking available.

This house is also on a super quiet cul de sac which is lovely and safe.
