Comfortable, mid-terreid-terrace, one housemate

Two bedroom mid-terrace house with one bedroom and en-suite to rent. Looking for professional person to share with. Can supply refferance from my old housemate who I lived with for over two years.

Bedroom comes with; mattress and bedframe, large wardrobe and lamp, multiple cabinets and small TV if wanted. Can also probably source a table and chair if needed. If you want to decorate or change any furnishings I can have things removed for you and you can do whatever you want within reason.

House is fully furnished, with dining room, living room, kitchen comes with; washing machine, microwave, airfryer, toaster, kettle, oven, etc. so no need to worry about utensils, pots pans etc. Gas Central Heating and an additional electric fire in the lounge.

Newly refurbished garden with lots of plants, lawn, patio, garden furniture and large shed with lots of storage for things like bikes ect. There is also additional storage space inside and we have an attic we can use if needed.

Internet, and TV (sky/netflix/Disney/amozon) included.
Street parking but space isn't an issue.
Quiet road and nice neighbors.
Lidl across the road and a 5-10 minuet walk to co-op and Morrisons, 15-20 min walk to Aldi.
Walking distance to multiple bus stops and train stations (Carlton or Netherfield).
20min public transport to Nottingham city center.

I am 24 Female, unemployed due to medical reasons, I love cooking and pretty sociable but do like my personal space. LGBTQ+ friendly, may be a cat moving in at some point. Shared cleaning in communal areas but at the end of the day it can be my main responsibility. You have access to a hoover if you need one, plus any other cleaning supplies needed.

Men not preffered but will consider based on interview.
