Double room with cat and off-street parking

Cat lovers only, please!

I'm looking for a clean and tidy tenant who is working or studying full-time. House is within a 20 min walk to both Newark Northgate and Newark Castle train stations, and a 10 minute walk from Market Square.

There are two free parking spaces in the communal residential carpark (I don't drive, so don't use them).

Shed and attic for storage space.

I'm quiet and work from home.

Short term lets only. I'm currently redecorating and will be selling the house, so this is not somewhere to be receiving post. I will not be here long-term myself. Please excuse the ladder, paint pots etc. The house is more in the process of upgrading than apparent in the pictures (walls being painted, unfinished areas), so do come and take a look yourself.

All bills included, unless they go up by over £50 a month while you are here, in which case you'll need to pay the extra. (Reasonable usage, basically.)

Rent payable weekly on Fridays. Only a week's notice is required either side. If you are not sufficiently clean, tidy, respectful or nice to the cat, I'm afraid I'll ask you to leave.
