We are live-in landlords (Lawrence & Jackie) and have been renting rooms for many years. Our house is tidy warm and friendly.

Fully fitted kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances, including cooker, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and many small appliances. The cupboards are full of pans, crockery and cutlery etc which you are welcome to use, and there is plenty of cupboard space. there's a very large chest freezer on the property.

The house is located In old Basford and VERY CLOSE to the tram stop. In fact 'David lane' Tram stop is 4 mins walk along the road, it's only 7 stops to city center. Also conveniently located right outside the door are the bus stops for the L14 Route (Bullwell- City Center).

There's a local Premier Supermarket a few doors away, the Chip Shop is across the road and a Chinese 2 blocks away. Terry owns Vehicle repair shop next door, he looks after our vehicles. there's a very nice park around the corner with a outside Gym, Fish Pond, Tennis Courts, Football pitches and a Children's playground. It's a very nice place to meet and relax with family and friends.
