This house would suit a Masters or Phd Student or professional. Someone who is happy to clean up after themselves and keep the place tidy. There are three double rooms. Two are already taken. Both by young men, one is an engineer and the other is a mature student. They are respectful, easy going and sociable with a good sense of humour. Interests include music, gym, cycling, good food, the odd night out at weekends.

The available double room is fully furnished with; double bed, double wardrobe, bedside stands, large chest of drawers, large window. Desk and chair can be provided if required.

Cost is £550pcm including bills.

The maximum number of people living in the house will be three.

The bathroom is upstairs, it has a bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. There is a good sized lounge and dining room, a fitted kitchen leading off from the dining room. The back yard has a picnic bench, rockery and a small store. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is nicely decorated, well furnished and has everything you need, including Virgin super fast fibre broadband.
