Short Term Room Available In Student House

Full-time students only please.

I have a room available from now to September. The room can be let for 1,2,3 or 4 months or longer term if you are a student into the next academic year.

The room is situated upstairs which you will be sharing with 3 other female students. The house is currently all female and the housemates would prefer to share with another female. There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom on this floor. The current students keep it very clean and tidy .
Downstairs has its own kitchen and bathroom so they do not share the facilities with the students living upstairs. There are 4 more students of various nationalities living downstairs, and there is a lovely friendly atmosphere in the house. English is spoken by all the housemates.


The rent is £468 PCM which includes ALL of the bills (including wifi).
We have recently installed a new wifi system that can cope with multiple devices, more typically used in offices. This has allowed the students to conduct remote learning without internet issues.
There are a useful group of shops right next to the house including a late-night Premier supermarket, chemist, post office, and launderette.

At the end of Beech Ave is the bus stop into town. The no. 68,69 and 71 all go to the Victoria centre and the journey takes about 7 minutes. The tram stop is a 5-minute walk away.
