The house is 5 bedrooms.
As landlords we make sure that we provide the same conditions to tenants as the one we wish to live in. Therefore the house is ALWAYS warm, clean, quite and a wonderful place to live.
We pay for a cleaner to come once per week and clean all shared areas such as bathroom & toilets, kitchen and dinning area, corridors, windows etc.
We also buy toilet paper, washing up liquids, soaps, bin bags (all shared stuff) and there are included in your rent.
