Estimated gas and electricity costs: Approximately £132 per month during winter, depending on usage. These costs are paid separately from the rent.

I will be temporarily away during this period and intend to return to my home in May. One bedroom will remain private, locked and unavailable to the occupier. The available bedroom and the kitchen, bathroom and living areas will be accessible during the stay.
