Hello! Spare rooms available in a modern, semi-detached house in Woodhouse Park, Nottingham.

-Bedroom 2: Rent £500, deposit £450 (available now)
-These cosy, clean rooms are furnished with beds and storage and are on the second floor of the house.
-The second floor has the family bathroom, almost for exclusive use for the rooms.
-Good ventilation and natural light.
-This contemporary house is well ventilated, clean and tidy.

The rent includes all bills- water, energy, broadband and council tax (tax band C).

Additional facilities:
-Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave.
-Other than your own toiletries, everything else is provided for.
-One parking space is available in the drive way; off street parking is also available.
-Once I rent out the second spare room, a cleaner will be hired weekly for the toilets and common areas (bedroom too if you wish).

Woodhouse park is a modern, safe and friendly locality and is well connected with major shopping areas. Junction 26 of the M1 is at a five min drive from here. The town centre is just a 15 minute drive during non-peak hours. Aldi is right across the street. There are a lot of quiet places in and around the estate for a quick stroll or a long walk.
Bus routes are available too.

About me:
I am an friendly, non-intrusive, busy IT professional. I don’t cook elaborate meals (or much even 😅) and entertain rarely.

Expectations from the tenant:
I am looking for clean & tidy (is an absolute must), considerate & respectful house mates.
Some kind of reference, either from earlier tenancy or work place, and an identity proof would be required please.
