The house is next to the City hospital, 12 minutes walk from the main entrance. 10 min bus to town. A video tour of the house is available upon request! :)

The property is a newly built super modern, stylish, fitted with smart appliances throughout and has a separate living room and kitchen space.!! Each person living here has its own toilet (3 toilets in the house)! Garden at the front and back and lots of plants inside the house. Green-finger tenant required for when I am away as I travel a lot.

I live in the house and I work in academia/city hospital. The second person works at the city hospital too.

Room: Ample storage space in the room and in the house.
Brand new fitted wardrobe with lots of space for clothes.
The bed is an ottoman-type with lots of storage capacity.
Optional: Set of 6 chest drawer in the room, space for storage.
Optional: Desk - can remove if not needed.
You will be using the family toilet exclusively but the bathtub is used by the other tenant when needed!- see picture.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped - free to use. Ample storage space. Brand new BOSCH laundry and oven (just installed) and I even have a tumble dryer provided cause who wants to hang clothes anyway (right?). Brand new boiler to be installed ASAP.

Living room: Guess what.. it exists and it's not made into another bedroom, you are welcome! Beautiful space with plenty of plants!

Garden: Big and spacious back garden with a newly built wooden table to enjoy a lunch in the sun.

Garage for extra storage space. Ample car parking space on the road!

All bills included. Base rent £500, bills £130-160pcm unless really cold winter -> expensive gas that will need an adjustment +£10-15 pcm
