A bright and comfortable double room is available to rent in a well-maintained 3-bedroom house, currently occupied by myself and my wife.
We are looking for one person or a couple who values a clean, tidy, and respectful living environment.

The room comes with access to a separate private bathroom (please note this is not en-suite). The kitchen and living areas are shared and kept to a high standard.
