We’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful person to join our 3-bedroom home.
Great location near Chilwell Retail Park—Tesco Express is 5 minutes away, Tesco Extra 15 minutes, and there are good 24/7 bus links to the city centre. Two gyms are also within 10 minutes. The area is quiet, with a lovely green space nearby.
You’ll have a double room and mostly your own bathroom (other rooms are en suite). Shared kitchen, living room, and garden, plus some garage storage. A regular cleaner is included in the rent.
We’re easy-going and keep the house clean and cosy. We also have a cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable with pets 🐱
