The room is spacious and bright with a large bay window and comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and mirror.

The house has a large shared living room with sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, a separate office/work-from-home room with desk, fast Wi-Fi throughout and a garden with decking for the summer. There are two bathrooms in the house, and you would share your bathroom with just one other housemate.

The location is really convenient, with Nottingham train station and West Bridgford both being a 15 minute walk away, and the city centre around 20 minutes. There are also regular bus services close to the house, making it easy to get around town.
