I have 11 properties in total on a secure gated complex.

Some houses are specifically for students and the others specifically for graduates/professionals.

All rooms have double beds and our rent is £119 per week inclusive of the following:

Also, our properties come complete with all self catered equipment, such as kettle, toaster, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, Tv etc... You just need your own bedding & towels.

The minimum tenancy length is 6 months and we offer up to 51 weeks. Properties available now.
