Hi all, I'm looking for a sociable and tidy, professional or mature student as a lodger.

Roomy 3 bed house close to the city centre, large kitchen and living room, separate toilet and bathroom. There's on-street parking outside and a front and back garden.

The house is 5 mins walk to Sneinton Market/Hockley. 10/15mins walk to train station/centre of town. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac and borders a park.

Rent inclusive of bills except electricity and gas, likely around £60 a month. My preference is for longer term, but can be flexible. May consider lodgers with pets, particularly cats.

I'm a civil servant who works in the city, outside of work I enjoy getting out walking in the country or doing other sporty activities. If you're interested in viewing please drop me a message, let me know a little about yourself.
