To whom this may concern,
Throughout my time as lead tenant at the property managed by Nazia I found her to be friendly, helpful and easy to reach if there were any issues.
By setting up a WhatsApp group at the beginning of the tenancy, Nazia allowed us for us to contact her at most times of the day, if there was a maintenance issue or any general questions about the property.
This was very helpful compared to my previous experiences of not being able to contact the landlord directly. All maintenance issues were dealt with incredibly fast and to a high standard, having a consistent workman, Andy, in charge of maintenance issues was something we liked as we felt comfortable
with him being alone in our home, allowing for issues to be solved without anyone needing to be present. All workmen visiting the house and any visits/inspections from Nazia have been well communicated and professional ensuring our safety and comfort as an all female household.
We have had termly inspections by Nazia that have been helpful in informing us of the level of cleanliness expected from us when we vacate the property.
Nazia has been respectful and clear in
these inspections and has been open about what may or may not need to be taken from our deposit at the end of tenancy. This transparency has been greatly appreciated.
Nazia has gone the extra mile for us as tenants- when a mental health incident involving a housemate occurred, she regularly checked up on us and ensured we were all okay. This level of care and support was greatly appreciated especially as it is not something she was required to do.
We found Nazia to be a very reasonable and personable property manager; felt comfortable asking if we could extend our tenancy by 5 days to allow us to remain in the house over graduation. Nazia kindly approved this request and re-wrote our tenancy to formalise the extension.
Overall Nazia has been attentive and friendly and very quick to provide help and assistance when needed.
As lead tenant I have appreciated Nazia’s consistent communication about any problems and her fair and understanding approach to said issues. We have all enjoyed our time as tenants at 39 Burford Road. It is spacious, clean and modern home managed very efficiently by Nazia. It provided us with more facilities than we expected in a shared house.
