I have a large double room available now in my house in NG6 8PL. It's a female-only house, and once both rooms are let there will be three of us living here.

The room is 4.7m x 2.6m and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, a desk and chair, and a big wardrobe with mirror. It gets lots of light throughout the day.

The house it's a 4-bed terraced house with 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. Inside it's modern and simple, with hardwood floors throughout (no carpets). You'll share a bathroom with one other woman only. You can also use the kitchen, living room and garden.

Shoes off at the door, always. This is a no-shoes house.

I keep the house very clean. Everyone takes turns doing a proper clean each week, so it stays nice for all of us.

About me I work full time from home, so a quiet house really matters to me. I'll give you your space, but I'm always happy to chat if you want to.

Quiet, especially on weekdays
Non-smoker, no pets, no parties

Partners or friends can visit now and then. Just let me know beforehand, and please don't make it a regular thing.
