We are looking for one more tenant to fill a room in our house by the end of March. Earlier move-in is possible once the current tenant secures her new accommodation, as she is relocating for work.

This is a 3 bedroom, all-female household consisting of 2 working professionals and one master’s student. We enjoy spending time together occasionally, but we also respect each other’s privacy and personal space. The house is very clean, tidy, and has a calm, relaxed atmosphere.

We also have:

• Parking space for 2 cars

• Lidl – 7minutes away
• Tesco – 10 minutes away
• 20 minutes’ walk to the city centre
• 10 minutes by bus

Rent: £600 per month (including all bills)
