6 bed newly refurbished flat in Nottingham Centre

2 Flatmates needed! We are 4 social Nottingham Trent students who will be moving in on September 2nd. The property itself is quite the bargain as it will be getting refurbished over the summer and is priced really well. All bills are included in the tenancy and every room comes with a double bed and a television. The flat has 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet and is located on the main highstreet of Alfreton road in Nottingham (a 10 minute walk to the city centre). Rent would be £128 a week however we will be lining up payments with when we get our student loans so rent will be collected just 3 times per year in equal instalments. IMPORTANT: if 2 flatmates are found then rent will be cheaper at £5157.41 in total (£122.8 per week for the 42 week tenancy). We are very much a social group who enjoy going out, partying and other activities. We'd very much be looking for someone who is social, easy-going and clean to live with.
