Double bedroom available, in a spacious 4 bedroom home. All bills are included, including WIFI, Netflix and Prime. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed which has storage underneath, a bedside table with lamp (not shown in photo) and a large set of 6 drawers with a 32" TV.

Downstairs consists of a spacious lounge, kitchen/diner leading into a large conservatory and a WC. Outside is a large patio and garden area great for entertaining.
Upstairs are 4 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower.

Occupants are non-smokers. We have 2 friendly dogs, who love people! They are kept in the garage during the night.

Bus stops to the city centre and Bulwell town centre are directly outside the house and Phoenix Park tram stop is a 5 minute walk away. Broxtowe Country Park is also a 5 min walk away which is great if you enjoy walking and being out in nature.

Rent would be required 1 month upfront and smoking is not permitted inside the house.
